These presentation slides are from the webinar on UNEP's and Viet Nam's Green One UN House (GOUNH) experience and benefits in applying for a third-party green rating systems from an early stage in the lifecycle of a UN office in order to optimize the results and impact.
It also presents results of the most recent certification named the LOTUS BIO Platinum Certification granted by the Viet Nam Green Building Council to the UN House in Hanoi and results achieved in lowering the UN premises footprint, bringing cost avoidance, and improving staff wellness.
