Together - so no one is left behind in Albania
30 June 2022
The “Leave No One Behind” (LNB) Programme aims at improving social services in Albania and at boosting vulnerable groups' participation in decision-making that affects their own lives.
The programme’s interventions targets local people and has a particular focus on persons with disabilities as well as Roma and Egyptian communities in need of social protection and care. At the same time, the project supports national institutions, municipalities and local service providers to deliver more effective and efficient services and promote social inclusion.
In this video, our UN team in Albania collected some highlights of what has been accomplished thus far.
The “Leave No One Behind” (LNB) Programme is a joint effort of four United Nations agencies in Albania - UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA and UN Women - with UNDP in the lead. The LNB Programme is supported by the Swiss Government and implemented in close cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection (MHSP).
